Complaints against Airlines, Travel Agents, Airport staff and others
Passengers having a grievance or complaint against any Airline, travel agent or airport staff and who are not able to resolve it through regular means can file a complaint using our free services. Our staff will use its good offices with the counterparty and ensure that justice is done to the passenger at the earliest.
You may post complaints and/ or suggestions relating to delayed flights, missing baggage, over-charging for flights/ food/ drinks, misbehavior of staff, etc.
