My senior citizen in laws travelled to Vietnam from Mumbai T2 terminal on 5th Mar 12:20 am flight… At Vietnam airport they received only 2 baggage instead of 3… Since past 3 days we are following up with airline staff but there is no reply… We called on 02266859449 and also mailed to lostandfound@sags.vn still not a single reply from staff.

- I have concern about airport air india staff the air india staff didn’t transfer my luggage to my destination
- Flight rescheduling
