Travelled from SFO to Mumbai in business class. Flight was great but the experience at the immigration counter was terrible. There was only 1, sometimes 2 people at the counter and people had to wait > 2hrs even in business class line. This is unacceptable.
2 hour long wait at immigration point
- Immigration too much delay
- I missed my flight due to negligence and mismanagement of the Indigo counter at T2 Mumbai Airport
