I have visited Loyalty lounge on 12 Feb 25; as airport lounge person verified eligibility before use and confirmed that it’s can be used as it is eligible for lounge access and no charges to be paid or levied later. I hold other bank cards also and for those he had clearly stated that for those cards charges would be applicable.
Now after 30-60 day Credit card is charged with $35 + GST charges for same.
Thus, it is clearly cheating customers by later pushing no valid charges that also in dollars for India lounge access.
Would request you to re check and help to reverse the charges as this transaction is not approved by me with PIN or any intimation at the time of transaction.
