One the EMIRATES ENGINNERING STAFF was loading water bottles in the INNOVA car outside at gate no. 05 , after loading the bottles he was suppose to come through the line, but that guy has came in the middle of que .and when we asked him so he was started using abusive language.
The incident happens today 30/10/25 11.30 AM

The words he used it has really disheartened me.please tell him to apologize himself
