My gate no. Is 31 which is on ground floor of the airport and here the air conditioning is not in working condition.. Too much of suffocation here. No fans also. No scope of ventilation.
Also for wheel chair passenger the AKASA airline does not provide facility of zig zag for wheelchair if the flight is not on aerobridge and is asking the wheelchair passenger to climb stairs instead or uplift the person which is health wise not good and can cause long term damage to the patient
