AIRPORT LOUNGE ISSUE ( T1) Mumbai

I took entry in T1 airport lounge on 24th Nov 2024, and I got the entry on my Icici card and amount of Rs 2 was also deducted. The staff checked my AU bank card also and told not no entry on this but still Rs 2 is deducted and one airport access is used from AU card.
