The worst ever terminal transfer across globe. They do not have proper coach service , the staff do not maintain any queue or request by arrival/flight time, and most times suggest to passengers to opt for personel transfer which is at 3 times the cost one would incur directly. The service frequencg is like every 1.5 hrs (atleast every 10 mins is what one would expect, when most internationalairports give service every 2 mins), specifically desiged so as people have to opt for personal transfer. Kind of a mafia system to hoard money in name of free transfer .
