We had a carry on bag and there was a power bank in it which wasn’t allowed so we told the airport worker they could take it out, rescan it and let us take the bag but they refused to give us our bag back to us. We have medication in the bag and they wouldn’t even let us take the medication out. This was at the Mumbai Airport. Our flight was DL8706 (July 28, 2023 2:10am). This is harassment. We do not deserve to be treated like this and they cannot without our baggage from us.
