Auto driver from the airport meter stand not ready to charge as per meter

The driver was very rude and threatening in his tone. Saying that 160₹ is the voucher that they have to cut for standing in the auto lane and there is a fixed charge of 880₹ till thane.
He was not ready to take as per meter.
I have taken the picture of the auto.
Please take strict measures to curb such behaviour and wrongdoing.
He made me pay 160₹ even when I got down near the left turn at Lalit hotel airport road.
