My name is kusum mehta with pnr QEI1TW and It has been 17days that my bag has been stuck in delhi airport as my flight was from delhi to mumbai on 19th November 2024. As i mistakenly put my laptop in my checkin bag so it has been not sent to mumbai and now spicejet is saying that my checkin bag has a sticker on it with another pnr number and they need their authority to send it and even that person have mailed the team to send it to mumbai after i had called them because spicejet team didn’t even try to contact them . If my bag or the valuable items gets damage or gets missing than spicejet will be responsible for that. I am further sharing authority letter shared by the passenger and even the detail pnr of that person whose tag has been placed on my bag.
