Reference PNR-YWTYNZ,,flight 6E 678,BBI-BOM on 17 Sep 2022.
First of all i had not opted for any checkin baggage.. i was interrupted just after going ahead after boarding towards the bus and was told by the staff that i will have to checkin the baggages..he did the tagging manually and took the bag for checkin ..
I received the bag with totally broken handles and trolley rails with its broken parts also missing..i immediately complaint this to the indigo customer care officer on ground by name prudence.
I request the airline to pay the damages as the bag is not at all usable..
Kindly take a serious note of the issue..as i saw there were others baggages which were too damaged..
Hope immediate action is taken..
