I understand this mistake wasn’t directly caused by your team, but I need to raise this issue and get a clear explanation. On 5th Dec, I was traveling from Mumbai to Ayodhya with my parents on Flight SG443 (PNR: X9LBGI). Along with me were my 4-year-old daughter, my mom, and dad. We checked in 4 bags, but only 3 arrived at Ayodhya airport.
The missing bag contained my mom’s clothes and a hairdryer—nothing that qualifies as a “restricted” item. Yet, when I raised this on the Airseva app, I got the same generic response:
“This is to inform you that baggage is screened for checking by airport security and upon identification of any security restricted article present in the baggage, same is withheld for necessary verification and removal of the item for the baggage to be sent for delivery. You are requested to please contact the concerned airport authority for further assistance in this regard.”
My question is simple: If such items were supposedly found, why was I not contacted for an entire week? I was constantly on calls with the ground team, and eventually, I found my bag sitting at Mumbai airport and collected it on 12th Dec.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a proper explanation and accountability for this delay. I need a clarification and statement it was not Mumbai airport error because I know it was Spicejet, when I collected my bag, it was without tag
