About the delayed baggage claim . Kindly confirm how to claim for the compensation for delayed bag delivery , today is the third day and yet to receive the bag and it is clear from the complaint raised by other flyers that they have backlog of baggage in dubai and we have to suffer because of this . This is done intentionally and spicejet has to pay for it since they did not notify .
