I would like to file a complaint regarding non-compliance with passenger rights by IndiGo.
I travelled from London to Mumbai on 12th February 2026, and one of my checked-in bags was misplaced. My IndiGo Case No. is 32446284. Today is 16th February 2026, and the airline has neither provided any update nor offered the interim compensation for essential items as required under the guidelines of the DGCA.
I request your intervention to ensure:
Immediate tracing and return of my baggage, and
Enforcement of mandatory interim compensation.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the airline’s lack of response leaves me with no option but to seek DGCA support.
