Dear sir,
My self Sanket Nilesh Joshi and Mitali Pradip Kulkarni travelled from Mumbai (India) to Detroit metro (USA) on 9th January 2024 by Your famous Kuwait air lines to Detroit USA.
When arrived at Detroit one bag out of four luggage bags found missing.We have immediately contacted to Delta air ones as well as Kuwait air lines,but till date we have not received our bags (23 kg) which contains important books and documents along with other items.We have also contacted your Mumbai airport,Kuwait unit but not received proper information.

First flight was cancelled by KLM who gave Luftansa flight on call but they said flight is overbooked at airport so KLM desk person booked this flight which was at that time immediately.
