- Text of Complaint by Santosh Kumar Gopisetty
I had a flight from lufthansa on 19th July 2024, from Berlin to Frankfurt and then to Hyderabad. But due to Microsoft problem, they automatically rebooked my flights with Turkish Airlines which takes me from Berlin to Istanbul (Turkey), Istanbul to Mumbai (here I needed to recheckin my luggage) and then to Hyderabad. When I wanted to collected my baggage and recheckin, I found that one 23kg luggage was missing and gave the complaint there. After couple days, I got mail from mumbai airport saying that Luggage is received in mumbai, and handed over to courier services which I will receive in 1 or 2 days. But then next day after receiving this mail I got an call saying that my luggage is sent back and asked to select option 1 for further details, which I did, in the call some FedEx agent talked to me it seems and said my bag contains all illegal items like narcotic drugs, laptop, passports etc. For which I said no, then he asked me to give complaint to Cyber Crime Mumbai and he transferred me directly, then I spoke with some one and he wanted me to come to mumbai physically or I can do online statement, so for doing online statement they asked me to open video call, for which i have denied as I was not sure whether it was correct call or not and then I said its better I go to local police here and would do video call infront of them, for which they said yes and hangup the call. The FedEx agent also provided me detail of the baggage which contains illegal items as stated below.

He also shared with me the ICICI Credit Card number was ending with 5123.
Kindly check this and do the needful, As this is not my baggage and I suspect this is fake call, so what could be the further procedures.

My details:- Santosh Kumar Gopisetty, 9885213080. I travelled along with my elder son Advaith Gopisetty (9 years 7 months). And also it was nightmare travel for me as they rebooked flight with Turkish Airlines and missed flight in Istanbul and so on. Turkish Airline people are not good enough to treat Indians as I saw there in the airport. Also attaching my luggage missing complaint letter.
