- Text of Complaint by Smita Anne Jacob
Indigo did not get my baggage from Doha to Mumbai (CSMIA) airport. Flight Number 6E1342, travel date on 11th December 2025 (2 Black hard Suitcase with handle and wheels). They said the baggage will be delivered at home (Pune) but now Indigo is not able to track both the baggage. Indigo is asking me to go to Mumbai and check for missing baggage.
