I travelled from Nairobi to Mumbai by Kenya Airways Flight No. KQ 202 and reached Mumbai Airport on 20.12.2024. Unfortunately my baggage was not available at the conveyer belt and I lodged a complaint with BWFS Mhb. They have registered my complaint and told me that the baggage will be delivered at my residence within 48 hrs and also have given a phone number 8291285134 to get the status. I have been calling that number for last 10 hrs but no one is picking up. I am in serious distress as the baggage contains all my medicines and regular clothes. Requesting immediate attention or escalation of my complaint. I am available at phone number 9836476400 / 9836714671
