I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. My travel experience on 28th Sunday morning was marred by a significant incident that has left me shocked and frustrated.
Upon arriving at my destination, dubai , and collecting my checked-in baggage, I was horrified to discover that my suitcase had been mishandled, the T lock is broken with severe damage. To make matters worse, several items from my baggage were missing, presumably stolen during transit. These missing items include books, pens, dresses which hold both monetary and sentimental value to me.
This unfortunate incident has not only resulted in financial loss but has also caused significant emotional distress. As a traveler, I trust that my belongings will be handled with care and respect. However, this incident has shattered that trust, leaving me deeply concerned about the security and safety of my belongings when using your airport’s services.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and thoroughly. I request that you take appropriate action to rectify the situation by compensating me for the stolen items and the damage to my suitcase. Additionally, I hope you will take measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, ensuring the security and safety of all passengers’ belongings.
I have attached a copy of my boarding pass and baggage claim tag as proof of my travel and the unfortunate incident. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and a response outlining the steps you intend to take to address my concerns.
