Check in inconvenience

We were checking in @ airarabia counter in Blore airpterminal 2 on March 22.
The check in staff insisted that our cabin baggage was oversized .I explained to her that we had travelled with the same bag multiple times in the same airline without issues. I asked the bag dimensions to be taken to prove her claim and they had machine faraway to check whether cabin bag fitted the size. It took time and alas our bag did qualify fir a cabin bag. The airline staff was not apologeticfor the inconvenience caused to us by her inefficiency.
Seniors pls train the junior staff in these matters.
