- Text of Complaint by Deepa Oza
I, Deepa Oza had travelled to Mumbai from Heathrow on 19th Jan and landed on 20th Jan 2023 in Mumbai, via flight BA0198 and booking reference ORC46C. We did not get one of her checked in baggage under reference BA382764 and we have immediately raised a missing luggage complaint under BOMBA34936. British Airways have not yet been able to find the missing luggage and have confirmed that the luggage had been put in the right flight. Is there any help Mumbai T2 Airport authorities can support including checking if any other traveler may have picked up the same?
