SG-014, Dubai to Mumbai, 13th Jan 2024. I am Pranav Mishra booked on aforementioned flight with PNR no- B9PD4P with my wife and 1 year old son, checked in two number of luggage with tag numbers 0775058460, 0775058461. Upon arrival at Mumbai airport approx 2 hours delayed from scheduled time and waiting for luggage at belt for almost an hour, airline informed that few luggage are left behind in Dubai. After a lot of follow up got some forms filled and signed by customs official. 36 hours later, we still have no trace of our luggage. We are bound for further travelling tomorrow and are still left without all our necessities including baby’s. Request immediate intervention for redressal.
