My parents fly on 2nd march I have all booking with wheelchair. They are not able to walk too much. They have doctor certificate for good to travel. But klm Mumbai staff denied travelling at time of boarding. And take returned boarding pass and wheel chair with them. And they are stuck at airport and provide new ticket for 4th march. Not provide any accommodation and hotel booking. We are sent 1 person at the time from Ahmedabad to Mumbai for take care of them. And we are sending email to klm and confirm all this thing after that I call to Mumbai airport today with all information but same thing they are telling to us we are not allowed to travel also on 4th march. It’s very ridiculous service provided by klm. What is problem in staff I don’t know. But my parents are suffering since 2 days .
Kindly need strict action against staff of klm.
