Complaining against corruption of the immigration section

This is a complaint against the staff from the immigration section where they held one of my friends who came to visit me from America to India, Meghalaya.
I am kyrshanborlang marbaniang would like to report the corruption of the immigration section.
They ask him to pay a ransom of rs 75000 if he doesn’t pay they’re going to keep there till someone make the payment and I find this strange for the first time in my life..why dont they just let him exchange currency first then let him pay if they’re so money minded..I hope this helps and yi guys will take care of this and by tomorrow I’m looking forward to hear good news if it’s still not working I’ll post in on socit media and viral it
