Sub – Grievance abourt excess parking charges.
I am writing to raise a concern about an experience I recently had at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2 in Mumbai. On September 14, 2025, I visited the airport to pick up my realtive and parked my personal private car in the designated parking lot at P5.
As my relative had already arived and waiting for me, i picked him up and left the parking area within 16 minutes. The fastag reader screen at the exit showed my parking charges as Rs 160. However subsequently i received message from Fastag that Rs 250 were deducted. Thus i feel that Rs 90 excess charged shall be refunded to me
