Complaint about pathetic ground staff service of bag handling

We were travelling from SL 0218 from Donmeung airport to Mumbai. We have found that our luggage bags are mishandled and tried to open at the airport. They are also damaged to the extent that polycarbonate material is damaged along its wheels. Annexed herewith are the photos of the same. We require thorough investigation on the same and I would continue the complaint till it is not resolved.
My 3 bags have been spoilt and damaged
