Complaint against Security Guard screening passengers (Security Check Point)

Hi-This complaint is specifically against the security guard who is screening passengers during the security check point.
There are 2 passengers who travelled from Mumbai to Dubai on 17 December 2023 through PNR XVMSPG.
One passenger is a WheelChair bound passenger due to Paraglegic issues.
The concerned security person has asked the passenger (on WC) to stand up for the security screening. The guard has not been accommodative. The other passenger has also informed the guard to call support if really required. But the point being – This is soo inhuman when you do this publically (asking person to stand up when you can see the situation). Have immense respect for all the security forces but dont the guards have that much manners to atleast check if the person on WC can get up. Have travelled multiple times earlier as well but this has not happened. Will request the team to pull out the security footage to check this event. How can you ensure this does not happen with other passengers moving forward?
