Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the shortage of luggage trolleys at Mumbai International Airport.
On my recent visit to the airport on 03/07/2023 at 1 PM, I experienced significant inconvenience due to the unavailability of trolleys. After a long flight, I found it extremely frustrating and challenging to locate a trolley to transport my luggage. Despite searching the entire baggage claim area and asking airport staff for assistance, I was unable to find a single trolley.
This shortage caused unnecessary stress and delay, not only for myself but also for many other passengers. The lack of trolleys is particularly problematic for travelers with heavy luggage, elderly passengers, and families with young children. It is disappointing to see that an airport of such high repute and volume is struggling with such a fundamental service.
I urge the management to address this issue promptly by increasing the number of trolleys available and ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the airport. Additionally, better monitoring and maintenance of trolley availability would greatly enhance the passenger experience.
I hope you will take immediate action to resolve this matter and prevent similar inconveniences in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and an update on the measures taken to address this issue.
