Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the unacceptable behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport T1 on 19th August 2024.
During the boarding process at the Akasa Airlines counter number 42, between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, I interacted with a male staff member who exhibited extremely unprofessional and rude behavior.
This experience was both distressing and disappointing, especially given the expectations of courteous service at such a prominent airport. I believe it is essential that all passengers are treated with respect and professionalism.
I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate actions be taken. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the outcome of your investigation and any steps taken to address this issue.
