Completely Ruined Reputation of India

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to submit a complaint about the Security check I have experienced on 17th of July at around 11 PM local time at Mumbai airport. In my hand luggage there have been jewellries and one of those has a snake like shape, a silver necklace. First of all I have been asked to take it out from my bag and the security person started to call all the other colleagues around and started laughing about my personal belongings which made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt humiliated and confused by this behaviour as in the 3 weeks period that I have spent in Mumbai my experience with locals was that evereboby is very polite. The security advised that the metal jewellery piece is an animal replica which is not allowed to take on board hence got confiscated. I would like to request your guidence and a documentation where it is outlined that such items are not allowed onboard. This rude behaviour by the stuff has completely ruined my otherwise wonderful business stay in Mumbai, and after this bad experience I am not planning to visit agin.
Hereby I am requesting your earliest feedback and explanation.
