- Text of Complaint by Jitendra Pathak
Booking time of around 8.30 pm dated 17th Nov 2022 at T1 terminal (inside terminal arrival building).
Refused to take card or online payment, only cash.
Despite having change available, refused to share sighting various reasons. Waited for 15 mins approx and pleased to get the change.
Took extra money (INR 4). Seems small amount but he was collecting 4-9 rupees from each passenger and now this seems cheating with considerable amount.
Lastly, compromised with safety of passenger. As a rule, he needs to register cell number of passenger in system. When I questioned, his reply was like “it’s taking lot of time and so number not required”. Was down for all passengers.

- No water bottle vending machines working
- Regarding announcements wearing mask in airports.
RUDE CAB DRIVER WITH CAB NUMBER MH 02 BQ 2819 STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IN POWAI AND ASKED ME TO GET DOWN WITH MY LUGGAGE.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AIRPORT COOL CAB EVER FOR YOUR SAFETY
Cab driver MH 03 AX 0386 very rude driver and no sense of talking..hopeless service and careless attitude..should be fined for the behaviour
Very poor service. They charged extra randomly more than the ticket price . If u ask them or question them then they will start becoming rude to u
