Costume series is not helpful. As there is flight cancellations and not giving proper information…

I had a flight and the number of flights is AI-669 , as it got cancelled. I was not able to connect my family member and when my family member called on the counter help number- there the person who has responded is not helpful and cut the phone without proper communication and also when my family members said what they way to be in touch with me then they just disconnected the call…
Coming from abroad , I really feel helpless and not proper response and also they don’t have any humanity , as I feel.
Very horrible experience.
