The wheel of the luggage has been broken and lost
Hi Team,
We have just landed from BOM – DXB and we have received our baggage in damaged condition with lock broken and items misplaced. Air India and DXB immigration has confirmed the same has happend from BOM international airport from security end and sent in a cover to DXB.
We request for an urgent investigation and compensation in this case.
Air India – 8.25am flight from BOM
