I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about my damaged suitcase.
On 10th February I flew from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai on Etihad Airways flight EY 206. We arrived in Mumbai around 2 AM on 11th February.
Upon collection of my luggage I saw that the telescopic handle was crooked and as a result could not go fully in. This is a new piece of luggage and had no such damage before the flight.
At the airport I spoke to the person at the Etihad Airways luggage counter and he just told me to do the claim online.

- transfer centers takes 1.5 hour to print boarding pass
