Delay in flight and non cooperation in connecting flight

We had connecting flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai and Mumbai to Rajkot of indigo on 18/09/2022.
Flight no 6E163 from HYD TO BOM Delayed, so we reached to boarding flight 6E821 at 10:50Hrs.
This flight departure time is 11:05 Hrs. We 16 passenger requested a lot but not allowed to board flight.
Then we requested to arrange in evening 17:20, indigo to Rajkot, but indigo staff arrange us in Mumbai to ahemdabad 6E802.we observed that flight 6E802 Departure time 16:40 but actually departure at 17:03 to wait for passenger.
Our question is then why they not wait for 16 passenger in morning 6E821 flight and why they not arrang us to Rajkot even flight available.
We also requested them that we have patient with us and to reach RJT VERY IMPORTANT, BUT HEARED. We request you to take as much as possible strick action against indigo staff present to attain 6E821
