We had a flight delay of 45 mins. After reaching the destination Hyderabad we came to know that our instrument keyboard was not loaded by the airlines.We requested them to send the keyboard in the next flight but indigo did not accepted and got no response. We had to wait for 7 hours. We had our schedule planned and a show next day morning. We were traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad by flight and train from sikanderabad to tanuku. We had to cancel that to. And cancel our show. We received our keyboard by 9.30 p.m And that too in broken condition. Being fragile there was no care taken. We incurred a lose of amount 25k and we were given just 2k. We lost our show and lost our time.
