Delay of flight no 6E5304

Flight no 6E5304 is been delayed for 2 hours , and there is no proper response from flight authorities. It’s been late night flight , we had ladies children and older age people also , behaviour from the team members of indigo was very bad . , it was a long huressment for us . It is becoming regular habit for indigo flights. So I request u to pls take sum seviour action against indigo flight department and reply us about ur action against this matter . Thankyou
