Dear Sir,
With reference to my e-ticket (KQ 706-2307915164), I would like to inform you that I travelled on Flight KQ 203 from Mumbai to Nairobi and Flight KQ 762 from Nairobi to Johannesburg on 8th March 2026.
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, I discovered that my baggage had not arrived. I subsequently filed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with the Kenya Airways airport staff. The reference number for the report is AHL: JNBKQ42087/08MAR26/1447GMT. A copy of the report is attached for your reference.
My baggage contained essential medicines as well as business samples required for an important meeting. Due to the delay in delivery of my baggage, this has adversely affected both my health and my business commitments, causing significant inconvenience and distress.
Further, as informed by the Kenya Airways staff, since I was travelling in Economy Class, I am eligible for a USD 100 reimbursement due to the delayed baggage. I have also attached the purchase receipt for your kind reference.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange reimbursement of the USD 100 at the earliest, as this amount has already been incurred from my personal funds.
