Dear madam/ Sir,
in this case we had booked a flight from mumbai to Bali ( Ngurah rai airport, denpasar) via PNR JN8GXG. the flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs in mumbai airport for departure.
on reaching Ngruha rai airport in Bali at nearly 3 pm we were told that the luggage is coming via other flight and might come till 6pm. now our entire day was spoiled and there were no arrangements made for halt.. as we had 2 children we had to ruah to hotel and check in.. we again came to hotel back for our luggage which was handed over to us at 7 pm.
we would request a compensation as per airline policy, as the delayed luggage is a complete mismanagement from the airline side, due to which we had to bear the expensea of to and fro twice fron airport to hotel and back to airport and again to hotel, apart fron this our entire day was spoiled and we could not complete and of scheduled itinery planned causing further financial loss. this all lead to mental dissatisfaction and dissappointment on first day of our tour. as we know the tour are expensive and due to auch approaxh of airlines the entire tour is disturbed.
hence kindly consider a suitable compensarion for above grevience and revert back.
