Hello,
I am Neha . I was traveling from Mumbai to Banglore on Saturday and wanted to access the lounge.
I hold HDFC Diner’s Club credit card on which 8 lounge accesses per year (both domestic and international) are free.
I wanted to access the Loyalty Lounge at Mumbai Terminal 2 but was told that it is chargeable on my card.
It was the first time I was using my card at a lounge so it shouldn’t have been chargeable.
Can you please check this issue ?
