There’s poor communication at entrance . They are allowing more people than the capacity. Hence people are standing and lounge is extremely crowded. Even after complaining to front desk(khushi) , she allowed more people.Once you enter it’s a large room (looks like basement floor) with bare minimum interiors more like a waiting room than a “lounge”. Pretty uncomfortable seating with no dining tables available for a meals all are small side table to have a coffee and snacks. Food and beverage selections are limited choice and sup – par. Food served is cold and not fresh.. extremely disappointed
Disappointing service at Loyalty lounge at Terminal-2
- Rude behavior of Air India express staff at counter of mumbai airport. Keeping customers waiting for more than 1.5 hour. Making cabin bag as check-in bag and add charges for excess bagage as 5400/-.Mentally torture customers and taken unwanted excess luggage price.
- Mosquito problem
Loyalty lounges mamber not accepted my axis Bank club vistara vise signature card . Very disappointed.
