The entire Mumbai airport is poorly operated. The support staff handling passengers at arrival are the first people that passengers see on arrival . These staff members are representatives of the airport and the nation. The rude and disrespectful behavior of these passengers reflects a bad light on the nation. I am sure that this complaint will go unaddressed, because that’s how you and customer support team is , if we can free money why work?, right?, amazing attitude. Flight Details- PNR number -23CYG9 , arriving at 4:30am FZ445 , DXB-MUM . You can check the CCTV camera of that day (around 4am -5am, post immigration ) and check for a passenger sitting on a wheel chair after immigration for a very long time. The passenger has a pacemaker, catheter attached to him, coming to India in a fragile state , but why should the airport staff care?, right?. Highly negligent and careless attitude, maybe I was wrong thinking that India has improved. You all are a disgrace to the nation.
