Driver asked Tip and behaved insultingly when not satisfied with tip amount

On 12 April, I took prepaid AC cab from airport to Ghatkopar, amounting to Rs. 583. It included charges for 2 baggage. At the start, I tried to put my bags in taxi. The driver came forward to do it willingly and i obliged. At the end of journey, the driver asked for tip. I gave him 10 Rs. He behaved rudely. Said he put bags and all. He didn’t accept the 10 Rs. which is felt insulted. Firstly, the driver should not ask for any tip – this habit is quite wrong since we are paying quite a lot. Secondly, he has not done any favour by loading bags – we have paid for baggage and it is his duty. Driver should be admonished for this.
