I travelled back on Saturday two weeks ago. I made a purchase at the airport for a sizeable amount, roughly 3lacs rupees.

I asked for a discount and the staff that served me said any discounts will need to discussed with the manager. I had 20 mins to board my flight and the manager was not available.

I was asked to contact customer services for the discount as I was assured that you will help me resolve the issue.

I have sent two emails since my return and I’ve had no joy. Had I known this was going to happen I wouldn’t have bothered making the purchase ; instead bought it at the next airport.

I would be grateful if you could help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

PS: The transaction was roughly £2.5k and was made in the early hours of the morning between 0315and 0340
