I was amazed to land in my country’s busiest airport with ambition to see the new improved infra. Then after the landing the ground bus service found poor, then inside receiving staff doesn’t have uniform, no proper sign board for guiding passenger where to go and what to do. Every moment we may have to take personal help. It seems like vegetable market. Gates marking is not proper. Something written on the gate pass which is diff. frm gate no. Majority of display boards r not working. All together it is found very poor n people r missing their flight and every moment is confusing. Pls keep proper sign boards which can take people hassle free to their destination. Since we r progressing we have to prepare ourselves to become a truly international.
