Urgent Follow-up on Lost Property – LR-32650
Dear Team,
I have already contacted multiple departments regarding my lost items (Report No: LR-32650). Finally, I managed to speak with Mr. Manish from Mumbai Airport Terminal 1, who provided me with another number but mentioned that they are not the concerned department.
I have clearly mentioned all the details in my earlier email and also explained everything over the phone, including the attached images, boarding pass, and ID proof. Despite this, I have not received any update or response regarding my case, nor any information about the CCTV footage.
Is this the correct way to handle such matters? As a frequent traveler, I find this lack of communication and coordination highly disappointing. If I do not receive a proper update soon, I will be compelled to escalate this issue further and take serious action.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear response at the earliest.
