I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding an experience I had with your airport and airline during my return flight from Mumbai to Saskatoon.
On 31 Dec 2022, I traveled from Mumbai to Saskatoon on Flight Reference: 3YH5S3. Upon checking in at the Mumbai airport, I was shocked to find that I was charged an excess baggage fee of $482 CAD, which is significantly higher than I had anticipated and budgeted for.
Furthermore, I was assured by the airline staff at the time of payment that I would receive a detailed receipt for the excess baggage charge via email. However, it has now been over 8 months since that flight, and I have not received any such receipt. I have diligently checked my inbox, spam folder, and other email categories to no avail.
This experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and concerned about the transparency and communication standards of the airline. As a loyal customer, I believe that clear and accurate information is essential to maintaining trust and satisfaction among passengers.
I kindly request the following:
– A thorough explanation of the excessively high excess baggage charge for my flight, including a breakdown of the charges applied.
– Immediate issuance of the missing receipt for the excess baggage charge, as promised, to the email address associated with my booking.
– Prompt resolution and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced because of this situation.
Please respond to this email at hyderalichintaman@gmail.com your earliest convenience, or you can contact me directly at +1 3063617861
I look forward to a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
