Sir,
i am an advocate practicing before the High Court of Kerala and visit mumbai occasionally, in order to meet my relatives. On 15.08.2024, I visited Mumbai in order to attend a funeral function and I availed the services of Akbar Travels of India for travelling to Sahakar Road, Ville Parle, which is hardly 5 kilometers from the airport. I was charged 700 rupees for a ride that was hardly 10 minutes. On 18.08.2024, while returning from Sahakar road to the airport, I was charged only Rs 170 by Uber. the screenshots of both the google pay payments are uploaded for reference. Kindly initiate appropriate action against Akbar Travels of India for charging excessively and fleecing customers.
