I am writing to lodge a complaint against a very unprofessional and rude behaviour of the person at the immigration counter .
Today, (16th January,2026), I arrived from London at mumbai airport around 3AM IST in the morning. When I reached at the OCI/passport immigration desk, there was a lady at the counter (Please note she was the only lady at the counter). I asked her for some documentation help on a simple form. She started shouting at me in a very rude and impolite fashion. Threw the form around . Asked me to fill it up myself and go at the end of the line in a very street side language and very humiliating fashion. I was very polite and respectful all throughout the conversation but I am shocked to see the very unprofessional language and disrespectful behaviour. I wished her good morning and was very polite and professional all throughout. I was travelling for last 24 hours and very tired and exhausted. The last thing you expect is to be publicly disrespected and humiliated. Request you to kindly look into this matter and give the passengers their share of respect and dignity . It is utter shame to say that such a reputed International Airport is indulging in lowly , shameful fashion.
